During my final semester in the Design and Technology MFA Program at Parsons, I had the pleasure of collaborating on an edited collection of our cohort’s written work. Combining both MFA and BFA thesis material, the final volums was a testament to the depth and breadth of Creative Technology and interaction design projects.
My own work exploring the changing language we use to describe technological uncanniness was a satisfying companion to the sculpture installation I produced for the MFA thesis exhibition.
This editing process encouraged me to refine my research further and I was able to present the finished work at the International Symposium of Electronic Art in Brisbane Autsralia in the summer of 2024.
